The Volana crib mattress prevents flat head syndrome, or positional plagiocephaly. If your baby already has it, the Greencell® Pyramid mini core will help restore the round shape of their head. We achieve this thanks to the patented cushioning system of the mattress core. These form small shock absorbers, and with even slight movement from the baby, the support points change without pressure.
This crib mattress is made of a Bioterm cover and a highly breathable core that can drastically reduce the risk of suffocation, whether from inability to breathe through the mattress, choking, or rebreathing the baby's CO2.
In addition, the Volana crib mattress helps regulate the baby's temperature; Nu-temp technology reduces or increases the contact temperature between the baby and the mattress by up to two degrees, meaning it helps prevent fever from overheating or a cold from cooling.
