Frequently Asked Questions

We ship across mainland Spain and to European Union countries. At the moment we don't ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Mainland Spain: €3.90 on orders under €60, and free shipping on orders over €60. Rest of the European Union: €8.99 (flat rate). The shipping cost is always shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

Within mainland Spain, delivery usually takes 24 to 48 business hours from order confirmation. Within the European Union, delivery takes longer and varies by destination country. We work with Correos and SEUR. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Yes, we offer free in-store pickup at our Martorell store (Rambla de les Bòbiles 24, local 4). We'll email you when your order is ready for pickup.

When your order leaves our facility, you'll receive a confirmation email with the shipping details and, when available, the tracking link provided by the courier.

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. If you're buying from the European Union, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Email us at hola@menutsshop.com with your order number to start the return.

Unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once unsealed, we don't accept returns of personal hygiene and care items, baby food, pacifiers, teats, bottles, breast pumps and similar products. We also don't accept returns of personalized or made-to-order products, or gift cards.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If so, we'll refund the amount to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take a little longer to show it.

We select products to accompany little ones from birth to 6 years old.

Yes. All our products are 100% original and we purchase them directly from each brand's official distributors, with their corresponding warranty.
